Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the Pureshot website, our bookings, memberships and day passes, and our studio at 10035 Carroll Canyon Rd, Ste G, San Diego, CA 92131, operated by Pureshot Indoor Golf LLC ("Pureshot", "we", "us"). By booking, buying a membership or using the studio, you agree to these Terms, the facility waiver and the studio rules.

1. Bookings and payments

• All bookings, memberships, day passes, gift cards and payments are made online through our booking and payment provider, uSchedule. Prices, booking details and any checkout terms are shown in the booking system before you pay.
• Bookings are made per bay, start at 60 minutes and go in 30-minute steps. We don't take walk-ins.
• Booking window: Starter, Unlimited, Annual Unlimited and Annual Access members can book up to 2 weeks ahead; Daytime Club members and non-members can book up to 1 week ahead.
• Public bookings are available from 6am to midnight. Starter, Unlimited, Annual Unlimited and Annual Access members have 24/7 self-access. Daytime Club does not include 24/7 access (see section 2).
• Changes and cancellations: bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled according to the booking system's policy shown at checkout.
• Hour packs: each pack hour covers one bay hour for up to 4 players, bookable at prime or off-peak times during public hours (6am to midnight); packs don’t include 24/7 access. Pack hours don’t expire. Hour packs are non-refundable and non-transferable and can’t be combined with the Annual Access discount or any other discount.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable tax. We may change prices; changes don't affect bookings you have already paid for.

2. Memberships and automatic renewal

Monthly memberships renew automatically. Daytime Club, Starter and Unlimited memberships continue month to month and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Each month, the membership fee in effect at the time is charged to the payment method on your account on your renewal date. There is no long-term contract.

Annual Unlimited renews automatically every 12 months. Annual Unlimited costs $2,990 for 12 months of Unlimited, paid once a year with no monthly billing. It renews automatically every 12 months at $2,990, charged to the payment method on your account on your renewal date, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date online in your account, by email or by text (619-929-0510), and your membership stays active until the end of the 12-month term you have paid for.

• How to cancel: cancel online in your account in our booking system, or by emailing info@pureshotindoorgolf.com or texting 619-929-0510. Starter requires 7 days' notice before your next renewal date; Daytime Club and Unlimited can be cancelled at any time.
• After you cancel: no further renewal charges are made, and your membership stays active until the end of the billing cycle you have paid for.
• Memberships are active right away after you join.
• Annual Access covers 12 months from purchase. Any renewal terms are shown at purchase.
• Starter: the 8 included hours are valid for 30 days from purchase and do not roll over. Extra hours are charged at the member rate shown in the booking system. If you upgrade from Starter to Unlimited, you receive a 50% credit toward Unlimited.
• Unlimited: includes up to 2 hours of bookings every day, with 24/7 self-access.
• Daytime Club ($129 a month, month-to-month): bookings Monday to Friday, 6am–4pm, with sessions ending by 4pm; up to 2 hours per day; book up to 7 days ahead, with one active booking at a time; guests are free, up to 4 players per bay. Daytime Club does not include 24/7 access, weekends or prime time. Bookings outside the Daytime Club window are charged at standard bay rates. You can upgrade to Starter or Unlimited at any time.
• We will tell you before any change to the price or material terms of an automatically renewing membership, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

These disclosures are provided under California's Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600 and following).

3. Accounts

Give accurate details when you create your booking account and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us right away if you think someone else is using it. A parent or legal guardian must make purchases and accept the waiver for anyone under 18.

4. Member for a Day

• Member for a Day costs $49, charged when you register.
• It is one per person, for first-time visitors.
• It includes 2 hours of bay time and the member experience, with free clubs, balls and tees.
• If you join a Starter or Unlimited membership within 7 days, the full $49 is credited toward it. The credit does not apply to Annual Access or Annual Unlimited.

5. Guests and bay capacity

Members can bring up to 3 guests free (Daytime Club included). A bay holds at most 4 players, including the person who booked. The person who booked is responsible for their guests following these Terms and the studio rules, and each guest must accept the facility waiver.

6. Facility waiver

Everyone who uses the studio must accept the facility waiver and rules in our booking system (uSchedule) before playing. Golf involves risk of injury, including from swinging clubs and moving balls.

7. Self-access studio and video monitoring

• Pureshot is a self-access studio. Entry is through the door-access link in your booking confirmation. Don't share your access link or let in anyone who is not part of your booking.
• The studio is monitored by video cameras for safety and security. By entering, you consent to being recorded.
• Leave the bay on time and as you found it, so the next group can start on schedule.

8. Safety rules

• One hitter at a time. Only one person may be in the hitting area. Everyone else stays behind the hitter and clear of the swing path.
• Clubs, balls and tees are provided free. Please use them with care and leave them in the bay.
• Minors (under 18) must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
• Food and soft drinks are welcome at the lounge tables; please leave the bay as you found it. Alcohol is not allowed on the premises. Please follow any posted studio rules.

9. Damage

You are responsible for loss of or damage to the studio, equipment, screens or simulators caused by you or your guests, other than normal wear and tear. We may charge the payment method on your account for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement and may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms or the studio rules.

10. Rewards, gift cards and events

Rewards points, gift cards, leagues and events may have their own terms, shown when you join or buy. Rewards points have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for cash.

11. Simulators and content

Simulator software, virtual courses and features may change or be briefly unavailable. The Pureshot name, logo, photos and website content belong to Pureshot Indoor Golf LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Don't interfere with the website or booking system or try to access them without authorization.

12. Website

Content on this website is for general information and may change. Prices, availability and terms in the booking system at checkout take priority. Links to other websites, including our booking provider, are governed by those sites' own terms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pureshot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of personal property, arising from your use of the website, bookings or the studio. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking or membership is limited to the amount you paid for that booking or membership. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct. The facility waiver also applies.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply from that date and don't affect bookings already paid for.
