This Privacy Policy explains how Pureshot Indoor Golf LLC ("Pureshot", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our website, book a bay, buy a membership or visit our studio at 10035 Carroll Canyon Rd, Ste G, San Diego, CA 92131. It includes the notice required for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA").

Information we collect

• Contact and account details (identifiers): name, email address, phone number and the account details you create in our booking system.
• Booking and purchase details (commercial information): bookings, memberships, day passes, gift cards, Rewards activity and your accepted facility waiver.
• Payment information: card payments are processed by our booking and payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
• Communications: messages you send us by email or text.
• Website and device data (internet activity): pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location from IP address, browser and device type, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Video images and entry records: our self-access studio is monitored by video cameras, and door-access links create entry records, for safety and security.
• League and event details: preferences, group size and requested dates you share with us to organize a service.

Where it comes from

We collect information directly from you, automatically through our website, from our booking, payment and messaging providers, and from other people when they make a booking or event request that includes you.

How we use it

• To take and manage bookings, memberships and payments, and to send booking confirmations and door-access links.
• To run Rewards, answer questions and provide customer support.
• To keep the studio, our customers and our equipment safe, and to investigate incidents or damage.
• To send news and offers by email, if you have signed up or are a customer (you can opt out at any time).
• To understand how our website is used, measure our advertising and improve our services.
• To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Use.

Booking and payments through uSchedule

Bookings, memberships, day passes, gift cards, waivers and payments are handled by our booking and payment provider, uSchedule. When you use those pages, uSchedule processes your information on our behalf and under its own privacy policy, which you can read on its website.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses Google Tag Manager to load these tools:

• Google Analytics 4, to understand how visitors use the site.
• Google Ads tags, to measure the results of our ads and show relevant ads.
• Meta Pixel, to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show relevant ads.

These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and actions taken. Google and Meta process this information under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings.

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example our booking and payment provider, email and text messaging tools, website hosting, and analytics and advertising services), when required by law or to protect safety and rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.

We do not sell your personal information. Some advertising cookies (Google Ads and Meta Pixel) may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out of this sharing by contacting us (see below) or by turning on a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we treat as an opt-out request for that browser. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Email and text marketing

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing info@pureshotindoorgolf.com. Booking confirmations and other service messages are still sent while you have an active booking or membership.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including keeping booking, membership, waiver and payment records and meeting legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or de-identify it. Security video is kept for a limited period unless it is needed to investigate an incident.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
• ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
• ask us to correct inaccurate personal information;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
• limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require this option);
• not be discriminated against for using any of these rights.

We will verify your request by matching the details you give with our records (for example your name, email and phone number on your booking account) and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized and ask you to verify your identity.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our website and booking system are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. Minors may play only with an adult, who makes the booking.

Links to other websites

Our website links to other sites, such as our booking provider, Google Maps and social media. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
